One rep max is poverty tbh, don't see the real need for it. Stats are impressive but you're like double my size tbf

Nice man, you do long distances? I do medium really, more of a sprinter than a runner but I do half marathons etc.

Nah, the furthest I've done is 10K

I just do running to keep myself fit really. I have an office job so I just do a couple of miles every day just to keep me going.

My overall goal is to get a bit leaner and become more mobile.

When I hit 75KG, I might start lifting.

Yeah I guess it's a lot harder when you're working, and a lot easier as a student. I have similar aims but wanna get a bit bigger, 5'11" and 70kg

    I see

You've got a very slim frame I assume?

I'm more of a stocky build and I find losing weight very difficult and have to watch my diet carefully.

Yeah I'm a lot slimmer, been lifting for near 9 months now so got a lot more muscle than I used to. And yeah I guess that's unfortunate for you, I generally stay the same weight regardless of diet (makes it harder to bulk though).
