Euthanasia is based on a dislike of state administration over these concerns, I am not a religious fundamentalist so it's nothing like that.

I dislike swearing personally, I would not like to make it illegal just make it less fashionable as I find it quite vulgar to the ears.

I dislike pornography, because I think it can cause significant issues in society, misunderstandings, addiction, trivialising of women and so forth.

High divorce rates I think people should have stable families and should try to resolve their disputes, except under certain circumstances (domestic abuse is an obvious no no).

I find drugs (I know the alcohol argument, I don't agree) quite revolting and while it's fine to do it in ones home I think it leads to significant anti-social problems and ghetto like areas, this has been my experience anyways.

I don't think a dislike of curtailment of freedoms by the state unreasonable

You sound, in the broadest sense, Labour or a leftwing Conservative.

I think slightly left conservative would be right... although I dislike the connotations, i'd be called in ideological terms a liberal conservative, but some of my views are clearly not liberal.

I also support investment in education, health and welfare... but balancing the budget nonetheless.

Rofl please. These quizzes are almost universally written by halfwits who get their political understanding from the media.

I would argue against you being a Lib Dem.

Lib Dem policies included a drug reform (they're not ''against'' drugs per se), and I think a lot of LDs would both support euthanasia and the right to watch pornography.

Conservative seems more apt.

I just googled "uk political stance quiz" and that was one of the highest results.
I'd personally class you in between the Lib Dems and the Conservatives, a 'right-wing libertarian' for lack of a better term.

Defo not libertarian due to surveillance and I support state measures for human development, but lib conservative seems the most appropriate label, i've just never seen these views listed coherently before so was wondering if there was a less known term.

But Conservative has serious connotations of religious, abortion hating, monarchy loving, wife beating elitism :/

A lot of parties have misconceptions about them, you'll simply have to ignore the people with the generalised and very wrong views

Very few modern conservatives are like that.

They're just the old nearly-dead backbenchers.

You certainly don't look like a liberal though.

umm not really. they base things based on manifestos and can give you a detailed breakdown and map of where you stand politically

Haha i'm a little Blairite, but no thanks to identity cards, other than that yeah you could say I have quite similar views to him... Labourite is not fair, I support private enterprise.
