    I've been sharing my room/bed with my mum for a year now and she's getting on my last nerve to be quite frank-as am I with her, I expect!
    I have no job (not because I don't want to work! Work is honestly sparce in my area!) And would like to get at least a 1bed flat!

    I'm happy with the idea of giving my mum £20/weekly and putting the rest of my JSA into savings just so I can save for a deposit!

    Would there be any chance of me (20 yr old female w/out kids) being out to rent a 1bed flat via private landlord?

    If you can cover the rent and provide a guarantor a landlord might take you,not to dishearten you but as you re on JSA it will probably lessen you choice of landlords significantly. You d be more likely to br able to afford a house share ,not sure what your areas like but where I am your the lucky to get a studio for 350-400) a month so affording a one bed on JSA could be almost impossible in some places.
