9 A* IGCSEs hopefully - I'm in year 10 but teachers always say I could take an A level now at parents evenings

I'm taking that Add.mathematics freestanding qualification

Going to try to do senior maths challenge...

I dropped the extra-curricular of Astronomy due to personal issues around the exam time ... bad move?

Extra-curricular I do are not relevant - music grade 8s, netball, swimming, drama, debating, D of E..

I do air cadets - thats relevant when we learn about planes I guess...

What do I do to get in? Take astronomy GCSE again like do it in the summer...?

I'm planning to take Maths, Further Maths, Physics and either Chemistry or Geography at A level.

bare in mind, now GCSEs count more...

I want to go so badly, I know everyone applying does but ... I just feel so scared

That all sounds fine, just bear in mind that the most important things for your application (providing you have the necessary grades - which it looks like you do) are the PAT and the interview. If you do plenty of practise for both it will put you in a good position. Also, don't worry about dropping Astronomy as very few schools offer it so it isn't required or expected at all. I'd focus on getting confident with Physics and Maths - and do bear in mind that it is very early days, so don't worry too much.
