I recently bought some hair extensions online and they were meant to arrive on a certain date, they didnt so I told the lady who owns the business via email in the morning (10am) saying I would like a cancellation and my money back. she refused and went on to say that she will send the hair anyway. She sent the extensions at 3:15 at the post office. she says she doesnt give refunds but on her website she didnt say anything about not giving out a refund.
Am i in the wrong or can I actually get a refund?
