Forgetting something during the exam is mainly because of cramming. Cramming does not really help (well for some people depends how you learn) as you're not understanding it and will find it difficult to use the logic in a different question. I suggest you split the topics and summarise each one and put it into simpler forms and do these for each topic. After you're done and have time then do some past papers in black, anything you don't know go over that topic then answer it in blue and if you still don't know it leave it then mark your paper in red and write in any missing information or anything you got wrong. This way you'll learn the wording and some new facts but don't memorise the mark scheme. Also go over any topics you were weak at the most then the ones you weren't so weak at! Hope this helps

For maths, just blitz through past paper after past paper. Go to your teacher for any explanations. This can be done in a day if you have to.
For science, if you know good exam techniques, cram through all your notes and if you can remember them you will be fine. The skills are there, once you know the facts everything can go well.
