I was just wondering if anyone else sufferes similar to myself. I feel that my thoughts that are I in my head rush around constantly and I'm always thinking of something else or looking ahead. However when I do end up doing an activity etc. that I was previously thinking about I feel like I can't concentrate on it fully as I am always 'somewhere else' in my mind. It's like I have too much stuf going on in my mind. It physically gives me headaches and makes me tired and I am also starring to get frustrated as I can't seem to cope with it/ put and end to it.

Anyone else feel this and anyone know if it has a name?

I don't think we necessarily need to name everything, but it sounds like anxiety to me.

Thanks. Is that what anxiety is? Almost like there is too much stuff going on in my mind?

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
