    Retaking C2 can I use C4/C3 material to answer some questions?

    For example the binomial expansion in C4 can i use it in C2 ???

    As long as the method is clear to the examiner then I doubt you'd lose marks for using an alternative method.

    It's fine to use C3/4 stuff, but it may not be the simplest way.

    On the contrary it is often much simpler, FP3 vectors methods in C4 are much much quicker.

    Yeah the binomial expansion is allowed from when I did it.
