If we don't get the mark and I'm one mark off a boundary then I'm sending a letter of complaint💩💩💩
Haha I will too! What kind of question is that anyway!

It did not fit because iron is a metal and the others are gases
The first part is right about it being a metal (and the other two are non metals) but you may have lost the mark for saying the other two are gases because that is just a state that they could all be in, technically. The examiner may do the thing where right plus wrong equals wrong and not give you a mark.

Filtration as it is a precipitate
But all nitrate ions are soluble right? So isnt it aqueous so you need to evaporate it?

    comparing oxygen isotopes?
Copper coin question? I put it conduct electricity will I get a mark
What a metal oxide is? I put alkali
Lead nitrate solid? I put evaporate and crystallise
And what other question there were
Metal oxide is a base, I put precipitation reaction by adding another soluble salt for the other question

no need to remove calcium each time you make soft water???

but for advantages of sodium hydroxide I wrote that calcium carbonate (limestone) produced can be used for buildings and saves existing reserves of limestone, but I'd only get this mark if the process is done on an industrial scale, otherwise that CaCO3 produced is negligible.

was that question in the paper ?! i dont remember doing it :eek:

    I put about mass medication.
For the question on Iodine, I put that people had no say in the matter, so they would most likely complain

I thought it was mass and conc
I put conc and volume of cylinder. Im sure about the conc but not about the cylinder. How could it be mass? If the surface area is going to be changed then surely you can't keep the mass the same as well because to increase the surface area you make the chips smaller and so the mass will decrease when it's smaller

c3 was harder than c2 in my opinion.
There were a lot of equilibrium ones too.
