    Exam grades and intelligence aren't directly linked. So you got slightly above average exam grades, but that doesn't indicate whether you did 4 hours of revision every night for 3 months before or if you just had a look at your notes the night before. Some very intelligent people perform badly in exams as they are simply a test of how well you can mesmerise and regurgitate information.
