As the Title says.... Is this normal? What are my options?

    I'm 17.

One’sforeskin is still developing. If you want your foreskin to retract (noteveryone wants a retractable foreskin), then you can help it develop ability toretract by stretching it.
Ifyou choose to stretch your foreskin, then the goal is to have a foreskin thatglides smoothly back and forth so as to provide maximum pleasure. Applicationof topical steroid ointment, which is available by doctor’s prescription, mayspeed up the process. Whenyour penis is erect, GENTLY pull your foreskin back against the head of thepenis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch theskin a little. Do this several times every day and in a few weeks or monthsyour foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOTforce retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain. It worksby tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word thatmeans “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands butit takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and givemitosis time to work. Theimportant thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will growwider. Search theInternet for: “How to FixPhimosis and Tight Foreskins, Solutions That Work” and you willfind the information and support you need.

Any difficulty urinating/any other problems? Redness, swelling? It may be worth seeing your GP, they'll be able to give you some steroids to help.
