I am not studying law but had a question if anyone could help me with it.
If I start a business - limited company - selling art that I produce and I only supply to one outlet, are there any grounds on which that outlet could sue me (product/reputation/ etc). How would I avoid any instance of this.
thank you in advance

This is the wrong forum for this post, this forum is about legal careers, not for legal advice.
But, if you are asking whether the "outlet" your company will supply can sue you directly, rather than the limited company that you set up, the answer would usually be no.
However, there are cases where the "corporate veil" can be lifted, particularly where the limited company is not acting in a bona fide manner.
