Whenever you calculate the number of miles in 25cm^3 you can convert it to the number of moles in 250cm^3 by multiplying by 10.

If you have worked out the number of moles in 250cm^3, to convert that to the number of moles in 25cm^3 would you simply divide by 10?

Apart from the 'miles' reference and the lack of context, I think you understand things correctly.
