I'm planning on getting a maths degree from Queen Mary, What will my chances be in getting into IB with a maths degree from a Russel group uni?

That is probably the only way you will get into investment banking
On a more serious note, I am sure you will be put in excellent stead for any job if you are applying from any russell group university (except perhaps academia).
