My abdomen does the same when I am stressed or anxious. It can range from dull cramps to sharp stabbing pains. Its a common side effect from stress as stress can send your organs and muscles into overdrive. The only way to treat the pain is to lower the stress in your life which isn't easy. Knowing that its a normal symptom of stress helps though as its only less thing you have to worry over.
