I'm really unprepared for my AS levels- I've spent much of the year suffering with extreme anxiety and thanks to my school being appauling, I've really fallen behind on learning 😥
I don't feel ready and my first exam is Tuesday- I don't know what I'll do if I fail and just- help!😥😢😟

I felt the exact same way. You won't fail and you're probably more prepared than you think you are.

I started yesterday and my exam is in exactly 13 hours and a little bit.
I know this is hard to do but
    1. DO NOT stress yourself out, if u cant then try to let it all out because stressing wont help you but will only demotivate you and you dont want that
    2. Go over things bit by bit, chunking remember? little bits will eventually turn to a lot
    3. take regular breaks, don't rush yourself
    4. try some past papers
    5. write notes, listen to recordings of yourself or whatever way you take info in the most

I wish i took my own advice.*sigh* I would elaborate more but I'm currently attempting last minute revision for everything because i left it till last minute with my parents nagging me to sleep so yeah im fudged :P but feel free to message me tomorrow and im open to giving advice because we're better at motivating others than ourselves

Try not to stress and sleep it out for tonight and work your ass off tomorrow!

    Good luck!

No problemo! It was okay today, I stressed over nothing:P so take a deep breath, read the questions properly (you'd be amazed at how many people misinterpret them - me included) and if you get stuck either attempt it or go back to it, don't hover over it or it will waste time (this happened to me in GCSE maths.. i didnt finish either of the exams -.-)

Best of luck for tomorrow, im sure you'll do well! We tend to know more than we think!
