    Exam board: WJEC
    Feeling:
Poetry was really good but found the extract a bit hard and may have not been detailed enough for the theme mice and men question... Anyone else do WJEC?

    Exam board: WJEC
    Feeling:

Yah, I also did the horrible Welsh board
Yeah, that extract was horrible! Had no idea what to write so was winging it a bit!
I chose the candy essay question, I think I made enough points but I'm not certain... The poetry was horrible. I wrote loads about the 1st one and hardly anything on the 2nd, and I think I missed some key metaphors/language devices...

Feeling: - it was better than my mock exam which I got an a in but I really want an a* and I'm not sure I did enough. At least I've still got the poetry to do which is a lot easier

Wish I'd done the candy essay! I think I wrote enough points for mine but I'm not sure how detailed they were! Yeh the second poem was a lot harder than the first... Did you say that they were very different or similar?

Sounds good. What were the OMAM questions?
It was explore the significance of Crooks and explore the theme of loneliness. Could have done either but focussing on one character is simpler.

Which extract did you chose for question 1 C?
I decided on Snowball making the flag, creating Animal Comittees and declaring the single maxim. What did you pick?

Exam: Unit 2 and Unit 3 Biology
    Exam board: AQA
    Feeling:
I know this is late, but I did the biology too for AQA but my teachers saw the paper after and told us there was A Level stuff in there? Also it was meant to be quite hard (i found it fine) so apparently the grade boundaries will be really low ! xx

I spent too long on my extract and essay, and only had half an hour for my poetry - wrote barely anything urghhh. Though on the bright side, I think I should be getting nearly full marks on my extract and essay

The extract question was quite hard but I think I've done pretty well in it. The essay question was fab as I predicted Candy would come up (him or Slim) & I did about 8 paragraphs so I'm quite happy with that. Poetry however was worse than expected. I came out of the exam feeling like I did great but when talking to other people and hearing their interpretations I felt like I had only analysed the basic parts of it. And I forgot to include obvious literary techniques like enjambment...
