That question sounded very easy but It didnt really understand how the pathogens cause infections. I just said viruses and bacteria are pathogens. Viruses replicate them in the cells of the body etc. and then talked about bacteria causing cell damage, releasing toxins etc.
Then I went on to talk about White blood cells: Engulfing/digesting, antibodies and antitoxins.
I was so annoyed by that question, did anyone need the extra space provided?

Did you really find it that easy?? I thought it was pretty difficult but I will admit, it wasn't one of the hardest french papers I've done.
I agree it was impossible! I thought reading was harder than listening, but no one else seems to agree

hopefully it will be alright, im feeling ok for chemistry, not too sure on physics though. wbu?
I'm also feeling ok for chemistry i'm a bit worried about physics because it's the one I'm weakest at out of all the sciences and I kinda struggled a bit with P2 and P3

It was better than I thought it would be but I made some really stupid mistakes and didn't write my answers very well :/ what did you write about the embryo compared to adult bone marrow question?

Stem cells from the embryo can specialise into any type of cell, where as, in the bone marrow they can only specialise into certain types of cells.

I hadn't revised that so said that bone marrow had to be taken from a human whereas embryos can be cultivated in a lab with ivf. Probably wrong 😔

I don't do P7, but P1 is easier for me to understand because part of it's about tectonic plates and seafloor spreading etc. and i study geography which has lots on tectonic plates and seafloor spreading so it's partly more easier for me to understand P1 .

Does anyone know the answer to the 6 marker on B2 about the leaves?!
The answer was to do with the distribution of organism, you had to talk about using the tape measure as a quadrat/ transect and sample sizes. Then when talking about making the data valid you had to mention it being reproducible, repeatable and controlling all the variables.
