    I can't believe it....

I didn't fully read the question in today's IGCSE 1B.

I drew a line graph/frequency polygon sort of thing when it said in the question draw a bar chart...

    SIX MARKS.

    THAT'S 5%...

    Someone please please help me...
You would get at least 3 or 4 I think - marks for plotting points, axes labelled and scale correct.

Oh I wasn't really bothered about their safety... I put leave 30 people from each group in a room full of mosquitoes and let them be bitten and then count the bites in the morning haha
haha, same here... who cares that mosquitoes could carry malaria. get marks before safety and all that. I was so sadistic in mine 'lie still and let them bite you' : /
Examiners are going to think we're crazy

I put 'something in the body which carries out a specific function made up of specialised tissue; part of an organ system'

To be fair, I recon a D in that exam isn't too bad. I'll have to get my C's in other subjects!
Didn't answer leaf question or the mineral question and the very last question was just too much effort. Just wrote about throwing garlic bread into a mosquito nest.....

a slender long-legged fly with aquatic larvae. The bite of the bloodsucking female can transmit a number of serious diseases including malaria and elephantiasis.

It's cool man, in the pressure of exams you just don't think of these things. I suppose you could use garlic dough-balls at a push although they have a smaller surface area.
