Most colleges are fairly good at making sure the applicants are where they're meant to be at the right times. I took three lots of Queens' Engineers over to the New Museums site, and then took them back so they wouldn't get lost. I imagine Sidney worked in a similar way.

a friend of mine applied for physical natsci at st. johns last year expecting to be sitting the TSA and then on the day, he was told they had decided not to use it.

i think that is almost definitely why your daughter wasn't asked to sit it.
