I've been at my job in retail for over a year and sometimes the tills don't work or it gets super stressy and the customer will say "aww dear are you new?" And I stare at them with the blazing daggers from hell

No honestly it wasn't. I know it might seem like it but the way he spoke to me like he was a friend, it really made me happy.

When i still worked at mcdonalds, it was nice having some regular cutomers, that you know by name and could have a genuine conversation with.
