    Hello,
I have received an offer from this university. They do not require IELTS (I am from Lithuania) only English exam from my school. Can they ask me for IELTS later?

If they only asked for your English exam in Lithuania, it means they are satisfied that it teaches you English to an acceptable level. Unless they've made a mistake in the offer, they will not ask for IELTS later.

No once they give you the offer then that's it. They can't take it away from you or change it. If you think they have made a mistake then you should call and ask but as long as you meet the condition of sending them your English exam then you should be accepted.

Yes, they can, if a mistake has been made.
