    Hiya,
So my car wouldn't start today, it turned over but wouldn't actually fire up.
Called RAC as I have breakdown cover, they arrived and the guy said he reckoned one of my fuel injectors had gone, and either needed total replacement, or just a replacement cap and a clean up.

From comments from locals, the "approved garage" the RAC took the car to isn't that great

The damage didn't look terrible, RAC man said the worst thing was the muck and mess left by the leaking fuel.
Expecting a quote from the garage tomorrow AM, but in the meantime, I was wondering if anyone knows what would be a reasonable amount to pay to get this repaired/replaced? I'm worried about being overcharged by the garage!

    Thanks in advance

Between 100-200 quid depending on car if one needs replacing. to just clean and reseal I would pay no more than 80.

thanks, looks like the injectors might be stuck in there because there's loads of old oil that my mechanic missed
