Heart is delicious and yes, you can BBQ it if you like. Make sure you cut off all the fatty sinew first. For the best results though, stuff with your favourite stuffing and bake in the oven. Not had beef heart but lambs hearts are delish!

I'm not doing it in the oven. I have to do them on a barbeque. Shall I cut them into chunks and skewer them or...how should I do them?

No idea. Why do you have to BBQ them? I mean - you wouldn't BBQ liver or kidneys. The only time I could ever imagine BBQing such pieces of meat was if I had to do so to survive.

If you are looking to impress, you are onto a loosing streak. I would put them in the freezer for another day and buy some steaks instead.

Yeah I have them cut into pieces and then skewer them. Just leave it there for it too cook. Don't try to rush it otherwise it will burn and if you leave it too long it will be dry. So just watch over them for a couple of mins. Shouldn't take any longer
