It's the hardest topic of first year by so far. I have Criminal and Public Law exams too, but I feel more confident with those.

I have a week to revise contract law and nothing has sunk in. Would I be able to get a 2:2 in it with a weeks solid revision, then aim for 60+ in everything else?

With a dash of courage and a sprinkle of luck, you may just make it!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way!

So far, I've been trying to remember cases and the relevance to the topic. With effort, I'm sure you'll be able to pull off a 2:2, provided that you can grasp a good understanding of the elements relating to the topic at hand.

What we have been given is a big handout with basic information and lists of cases for each, along with lecture notes and seminar which have far too much detail to remember.

I am thinking of just using the e-law resources website and remembering as much as possible from there so I have some solid knowledge so that I can have a proper go at most questions!

Update: exam was over a week ago now and I am now hopeful that I scraped 60 .
