    M2 or S1

Can't decide Math papers for As and A study

    1. C1C2 C3C4 + M1 + M2
    2. C1C2 C3C4 + S1 + M1

For undergrad in Engineering what combination should choose from above 1. or 2? I mean should choose S1 or M2

    Biology or Economics?
Regards to subject selection Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry already decided. But can't decide as forth subject Biology or Economics. There are two things I'm considering 1. Which subject will help more for an Engineer and 2. if Engineering is not taken by any chance then which subject will give a better chance choosing a comparatively better subject for undergrad.

FYI- Biology and Economics both found equally interesting in GCSE.

    Please advise.

As an engineer, always go for as many mech modules as possible.
Either bio or econ can be fine, just pick which one you enjoy the most. However, for biology at A level there is alot to learn!

S1 is definitely much easier than M2, so if you're not too confident with maths go for S1. Otherwise, M2 will be much more useful and look more impressive from an engineer's point of view.

Biology is generally considered a more respectable A level, even though economics isn't too far behind. If you find that you are better with more mathematical and quantitative subjects, go for biology since economics A level involves a LOT of essay writing and has minimal maths, since it is designed to be taken by those who are not adept in maths. Biology tends to be more quantitative and factual so if you're willing to put in the work it may be easier for you to get a better grade.
