AQA Law Unit 1 (22/05/15)

I do parliamentary supremacy- the questions were parliamentary supremacy, green paper and White paper with the stages of a bill in parliament I think the last one was advantages/disadvantages of putting bills through parliament. Delegates legislation was by laws and I think statutory instruments, judicial controls and discuss why parliament delegate power. Civil courts and ADR was negotiation/mediation, tribunals and why court is used instead of ADR I think

Yeah the delegated legislation would apply to you I unfortunately don't do the other two
