Is there a difference between dissolving bromine and iodine in hexane or cyclohexane? Or is it same observations? When they refer to organic solvent it's just cyclohexane right? Thank you

Both hexane and cyclohexane are organic solvents, you wouldn't see any difference dissolving Br2 in both nor I2 in both. One would be orange, t'other would be purple/violet.
