Hey everyone! I'm currently applying to jobs in the UK, however my grades are in a 4.0 GPA scale and in the UK the companies want the appropriate conversion to my grade. How can I do this?
    Help?
    Thank you!

If you're applying to jobs instead of university then don't convert your GPA to UCAS points, that's only useful for university and jobs don't care about that.

Instead they'll want to see what subjects you took and what grades you got. Such as you took AP English Lit and got an A or you took AP Spanish and got a B, etc..

    That's all they care about.
