    Hi everyone!

    So I've been doing slimming world on and off for a year! Lost quite a bit of weight and then put it all back on again when I moved to London :cry2:

    However I've got myself back on the wagon and lost 5lb last week and I have another weigh in tonight so I thought we could share recipes and pictures and stuff on here!

    I made a really tasty free curry last night with potato and cauliflower! Yum!

    Everyone else please feel free to post even if you're not doing SW and just wanting to eat healthily

    Recipe: Carbonara

    Really easy! Also it's about 2 syns if you're using your HEA for the cream cheese.

    Just cook of your choice of pasta I usually go for tagliatelle and then in a frying pan cook bacon with the fat cut off, garlic and mushrooms. Add the pasta to the frying pan with the bacon and mushrooms and then add 75g of low fat cream cheese (HEA) then stir thoroughly. Then add an egg directly ontop of the pasta, again stir through it all on a low heat to coat the pasta. After that add a sprinkling of parmesan(2syns or so) and some basil.
