Why tell her on the date of her exams? Do you want her to do poorly and fail?

Tell her after her exams, if you really care about her

This guy is a TROLL! I have read this scenario on here before. Someone wants to tell someone (usually a girl) bad news they day of exams and the response is the same - my exams will be done so it is okay. Whatever. I don't believe this at all.
And..... if it is true (and I seriously doubt it is)......karma.
Enjoy your life looking over your shoulder cuz karma is gonna bite you in the arse.

The only issue is the choice you make could impact her whole future. She has exams! Imagine finding out the person you love is cheating on you right before an exam.

I understand that you are trying to help, and yes she does deserve to know and he deserves to be happy and not hide his relationship. But she also deserves good exam results and telling her before her exams could make that harder.

Maybe you should wait until after she finishes her exams. Ok it's less 'convenient' for you but its her heart you are possibly going to be breaking. Maybe you should take into consideration the aftermath of this decision.
