    edexcel maths has ''R' papers, are these international papers? Also, are the specification for them the same as ones sat here in the UK?

    They are international papers. They also tend to be more difficult I think.

    Yes and yes. They were written by the same people as write the UK ones.

    Last summer's were the last set of R papers. They have been replaced by the IAL papers. Most of the specifications are the same, but FP1 is not, for starters. I haven't studied all of the specifications carefully.
