So after doing a degree in Medical and Pharmacological Science and working in a related industry (doing logistics) for 2 years, I've realised that I really should have done a different course at Uni. I've had a constant interest in pretty much anything electronic or mechanical from an early age, so feel that it's time to do something about it.

Problem is, I'm now 25, I know - pretty much dead. So my only options beyond teaching myself (which I am) are taking a distance learning course, or part-time course.

What's the best distance or part-time CS course out there? The only one I've found on offer is from Herts
Is my best starting place Computing & IT at the OU? Or something like a foundation first?

    Any advice welcome.
