Hello! Does anyone have some tips for the Educating Rita exam, i've been working at an A-grade level, how do you suppose I push it to an A*? We only have a matter of days left >.<

ALSO, is the omam paper going to be in the same booklet o.O

No, the papers for Modern Drama and Prose From Different Cultures are separate - you have 45 minutes for Educating Rita then it is taken away and you are handed the Of Mice And Men paper for which you have 45 minutes, so for this exam you don't need to worry about splitting your time.
The only tip I have been given specific to Educating Rita is to remember you are the audience not a reader, so remember to talk about stage direction and the whole effect the extract gives from a visual perspective. Apart from that just write as fast as you can and use close language analysis. The word "significant" is always in the question so have a good idea of the order of events and how that makes something particularly significant, and also usually either "moving" or "entertaining".
Best of luck in your exam!
