Recently just started going to the gym, and when working on biceps I have a sharp pain in my forearm. I was wondering if a arm/wrist support would work and if anyone could give me any advice on if they think this would work or which one to get!!
    Cheers in advance!

Sharp pain means stop and do another exercise, something's wrong so no point trying to force through it.

What exercise are you doing? If it's any kind of preacher curl, I had the same issue when I started. My wrists were weak, and they will get stronger, you have to bare the pain. Look up what is good form to eliminate the possibility you're performing the exercise incorrectly.

If you start gym suddenly after a gap its best to take it slow and not push yourself too hard.
