A warm glass of milk, lights off, read a book by lamp light. As you start dozing off turn off the lamp and put the book on the counter.

I solved some old calculus problems from my baccalaureate archive last night at 4 am and it took me 20 minutes to fall asleep like an angel.

Technically Valium doesn't exist anymore since it fell out of patent so Diazepam but yes albeit there are a shed load of better ones out there although by better I simply mean stronger Roofies or Fluniterazepam for instance despite the bad rep will knock you out nicely.. Then again you arent going to find a single one of these that arent POM in the UK and the rules here forbid me from saying how you either get said script or where to go to get it without suffice to say my turtle has seen Facebook articles on it.
