So basically I've been really worried about my online stuff. I always do daily scans and as a result I always feel more reassured. However yesterday I found a program I had not known runnning on my computer. I googled it and found it to be a trojan thing. I panicked and I downloaded Spyhunter and found loads more viruses my antivirus seemed to have missed (I have 2 forms and both are very very highly recommend).

I panicked and did a factory restore and destroyed everything. There was nothing worthwhile saving on the computer anyways.

After a bit it was all fine but then I found another one and i investigated and found it was safe. but at the same time there was another site telling me it's not.

I'm freaking out and my paranoia is getting the better of me.

What should I do to calm myself down.

I you could try just not using your laptop for a week or two and see if this "break" from it has any effect?
Otherwise talk about it to your your parents or a close friend and if it gets any worst going to a therapist may help!
    Hope you feel better soon!
