I'm an international student that will be arriving in the UK coming September. I have an opportunity to obtain a sim card ahead of time and I was just can't seem to find any information regarding the validity/expiration of this sim card.

I was taking of getting the£15 PAYG three sim and I have no idea if I can get it now and activate it when I land in UK in a few months from now. There's going to be a time gap of roughly 4 months, should I be expecting any issues with the sim? Especially with the £15 add-on having a validity of 30 days. If I can activate it when I reach the UK it would not be an issue. I'm just concerned about premature activation if that even happens.
