Due to my uncertainty when deciding my AS options, I decided to take English Language, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. I'm currently in year 12, however find the idea of studying English at university more and more appealing with every week. When researching English degrees, ALL the universities required an English Literature A-Level. Is there any way to be accepted into a university with just an English Language A-Level, or would I have to study for another year after A2 and get an English Literature A-Level to accompany it?

If anyone has any thoughts or opinions on this topic, they are very welcome and appreciated.
