Opinion of C4 boundary of 62 for A?

The paper gave lots of hints on how to approach Questions 1 - 6, or so, which will have made the paper easier than it might have been and put the grade boundaries up.

The question refers to this question (pic)

In this question acceleration was 3.266666, i rounded it to 3.3 and as a results i got 6.55 as final answer.

I used 6.55 for part b and got 12.4..

On a whole how many marks will i lose

Thanks for

I go by the marking scheme 6.55 is not A1

I completely forgot about boundaries and was staying fairly calm about results up until this point.....

Thanks

The start of the mark scheme says this
Does this apply since for finding a, youre given M1 not A1?

I'd really appreciate if youd respond.image.jpg

I remember seeing your initial predictions and thinking they were slightly low imo - I truly found it to be quite a standard paper. I just cant wait to get my results so I can look at the model answers and see the solutions to the 'nasty' question. good luck to your students either wya.

I feel all over the place rn...untill i work out the 100ums i don't know what to think. S1 was the big one for me and it looks quite low

I honestly begin to believe that there is a conspiracy in general ...
Some of these boundaries looks to me (having done the solutions now and going by previous years) that have been decided not by normalization but by rolling dice.

So how many marks in total. (I think i've complicated you, sorry).

a = 3.26666666, i wrote 3.3
As a result T = 6.55 instead of 6.53.

So is this 1 mark or 2 mark lost?
