how did people get 0.25 for the firts question on p3?

Isn't it meant to be 1.25?

what did people get for the movement of the wire in p3 (upwards or downwards)?

Upwards
Any grade boundary predictions? P2 and p3 separately

It was 1.25 it was 1/0.8
=1.25
What answers did everyone get for p2 any question?

was the eye one suspensory ligaments and retina ??!!

Yepp I got that
what did people get for the question about height in p2 paper 7.2???
Was it short sighted?

Was it short sighted?

Yeah it was because the image was formed in front of the retina

What did people put for the half life?? I think I got 12 because from 80 I halved it 3 times to get to 10g, and then I diveded 36 by 3 and got 12 years?

yeah i got that too
These are some provisional predictions:

P2: 48/49 A* (54 = 100 UMS)
P3: 44/45 A* (51 = 100 UMS)

C2: 49/50 A* (55 = 100 UMS)
C3: 45/46 A* (49 = 100 UMS)

B2: 43/44 A* (49 = 100 UMS)
B3: 46/47 A* (51 = 100 UMS)

I think it'll probably be on the life cycle of stars :afraid:

Anyway, what do we need to revise?!

i spent all night revising for that and the 6 mark question was::: what is inside the atom? ( not the plum pudding the modern one) and discuss the mass and charges of the atom. I WAS SO ANNOYED...

Does anybody remember the question on P2, with a graph and you had to work out the maximum speed? I got 23.5 m/s if I remember right...

I got 22.5 as it was 90/4
I made a mistake on p2 and wrote that proton has a relative mass of +1, and electrons has a relative mass of -1. Will i lose marks

It is not possible to predict grade boundaries at all. It's based on the whole country's performance and intended difficulty.

What mark do u think it is to get b on b2 c2 and p2?
I know I've made alot of silly mistakes, so i'm hoping P1 and the ISA brings my grade up?

(Physics was never really my best science anyway haha)
Can someone help please - For the kinetic energy question i forgot to square the velocity which gave me the wrong answer rather than 3.6. If i then used the correct equation for the gravitational energy height but using the wrong GPE would i get follow through marks??

'a chemistry question'? The structure of atoms has always been a question of physics, one of the main areas of studying physics is the atom and the subatomic particles that make it. The structure of the atom has always been a question of physics.

So literally I just wrote Nucleus and Protrin mass =1 and electron is 1/1840 and I said the nucleus is protons and neutrons and I said thee electrons orbit the nucleus. And I said the charges that's it. 6/6?
