What did everyone put for the question at the top of the heart page? Something about 2 things that affect contraction?

Vitamin c, skin flora, ciliated, phagocyte (not in that order) can't remember the last one :/
For the two things that increase heart rate, I put Fight and Flight.

Although its technically correct, they wanted more specific answers so i looked in the spec and the answers were: Nervous Systems and Hormones

I put vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve but also thought it might have been Sanoatrial node and Atrioventricular node

For the last one I just put intestine - because the arrow out said that the product went out? ie in the faeces
Do you think ill get any marks?

Yeah I put intestine too. Not sure tho as it was only 1 mark

Well I haven't been taught about histamines but I just looked it up and it sounds like it could be right! Vasodilation is the widening of the arteries so I just assumed that would increase blood flow.

really!!! maybe its right then..
its so stupid that if we get 1/3 wrong then we get zero marks.

did anyone else find that there was a lot of short and 2mark questions which you had to write a lot about for?

I know that histamine makes the capillaries more permeable but I'm not sure if they increase the blood flow! Oh well.
Ohh okay, could be right then! Tbh I doubt many people will get that mark
