I'm in my first year of Ba Primary Education, about to finish soon. I wanted to know what second year is like in terms of work load and placements. Is it a huge leap from first year ? Is the timetable as busy as it is in first year ?

I'm in third year and I think the workload is heavier but it's also needing to work harder because the grades count towards the final degree grade.
My timetable got less busy throughout the years. In third year I've only had 2 lecture days, compared to 3/4 in first and second year.
Placements are also a bit longer but nothing you won't be able to handle.
I wouldn't worry if I were you but it obviously depends on your uni.
