The way I do it is to read through some notes on each topic and make sure I understand the key words in case they ask for the definitions. The only thing I memorise is a couple of quotes for two religions (Christianity and Islam I find the easiest) for each topic. Doing past papers is quite helpful, if you just support any view/opinion with a quote it should be fine Not sure if you're doing the same exam as me though but it should generally apply?

Yeah I find that they don't tend to change the questions much in rs, so a little bit and revision and past papers should be good
