Hi I'm student from overseas plz understand if my english is little awkward
I've got conditional offer from 2 universities:
Kingston university - BA Illustration & animation,
Camberwall - BA Illustration.
I heard those 2 universities are good for illustration, but it is very confuse to choose one. please give me some advice.
Kingston : I heard Kingston is famous for art & design. especially Illustration & animation. not for other courses. and Kingston is also popular in my country. and I just heard from someone, not sure, kingston upon thames is pretty good town, nice view, safe and secure. but disadvantage of kingston is quiet far from central london. I heard it takes 1 hour to get to london.
with my Ielts score, I have to take 1 month pre-sessional course(english) in Kingston.
Camberwell : Camberwell is also have good reputation for Illustration. But I worry about location. Camberwell is located southeast of london, right near peckham street. I heard that location is quiet dangerous for overseas student. but great advantage is camberwell is in central london anyway.
I have to take 2 months pre-sessional course in UAL.
I also find out some website, it says overall student satisfaction rate is 86% for Kingston, 76% for Camberwell. So I was thinking to choose Kingston, but one of my teacher is from Camberwell, so she keep telling me Camberwell is much better.
I really confuse with those 2, please give me some advice. its only 2 weeks left... thanks for reading anyway
