HelloI'm transferring universities from Manchester to Goldsmiths - I left Manchester in November and am starting Goldsmiths in September. I logged on to my student finance account and my Manchester details are still there, and it correctly says that it's been nulled. I then clicked the button on the bottom of the page to create a new application for the new academic year with the new university, which all went through fine, and I got an email confirmation saying it had been completed successfully. Then a week and a half later I got an email saying that 'something had been updated' on my account, so I logged on, and the application for Goldsmiths had been deleted, and once again I was back to square one - only the nulled Manchester one exists.I rang SFE helpline, and was told very rudely that I 'mustn't have done it right' and that the system had 'voided' it because I am still a Manchester student (it says it's been nulled and student finance were notified before I'd even left) and was given instructions to do exactly what I had done, again. Is there any point if it's going to be deleted? What do I do now? The deadline is in 2 weeks!

Phone them again. Different advisors will have experience in different aspects of the system and you might get someone more clued up next time.
