    Hey
Planning to go to Kingston College in Sept 2015. Been looking at halls and they all want the rent in two installments at start of Sept and start of Jan. Is this normal? What if you can't afford it upfront like that? Really worried.

They may want rent in two instalments but your best bet is to ask if they be willing to take it in say three instalments or monthly. The hall am at is three instalments but can be flexible with students if they get in touch before hand and can make arrangements to help students with regards to payment of rent .

Thanks for that. I'll ask and see what they say.
