You know that the current in the circuit is 2.0A, therefore the current across the arrangement has to be 2.0A, now you can calculate the voltage across the parallel arrangement.
V=I*R, the current across the arrangement is 2.0A, the resistance across the parallel arrangement is equal to 2ohms (as calculated in the previous question). So the voltage across the arrangement is 2*2=4.
To find the current across Y, I=V/R, the voltage of V=4 the resistance of Y=3, 4/3=1.3A.
