I'm really into cupcakes at the moment (and probably a little late in joining the cupcake craze, but ah well...) - not so much the decorating side of things, more trying out new and unusual flavour combinations.

So... what do you like to bake?

A friend sent me this recipe and I've made it so many times:

I use frozen raspberries and a little orange juice instead of the zest. The results are absolutely delicious!

Truffle-filled chocolate cupcakes. Made them several times, can vouch for em' - they are DELISH! I do tweak the recipe from time to time though. I do this with nearly every recipe anyway...

    I like making flapjack.

And there's a pudding I like making. It's a bit like this and it is lovely. I like making puddings best really - crumbles, things like that.
