    It depends which value you used for the end point. I got 14 I think because it said the overall temperature change so I used to start value and the very end value but some people used the highest point as their end point hence the 20 degree change.... I founds hat question confusing. Everything else was fine though

    I put 20 for the temp change, 55 for volume (you had to do 25+30)

    Well it said 'overall temperature change' so I would assume that it was talking about the difference in temperature between the start and end of the neutralisation reaction :P

    not sure if this is reliable enough but many "teachers" have said that the answer is 14
